Look what I found at my local gun shop.
It’s a funny story. We went in to see if they still had the matched pair of Ruger Vaqueros we were drooling on two weeks ago. They sold right after we had looked at them.
So then I was looking at a very nice Ruger Blackhawk in 30 Carbine. The shop owner showed me another, off brand copy of the Colt Army .45. It was nice, but I told my wife I preferred the Ruger.
The lady said, “Since you’re partial to Rugers, let me show you this,” and pulled out the box from behind her desk. I was in awe. A Ruger SR1911 is very hard to come by. A limited edition, 1 of 100 two-toned SR1911? It’s the Holy fucking Grail.
I put it on layaway.
